We take all feedback seriously. If something goes wrong, we aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.
How to make a complaint:

If unresolved, submit a written complaint. We’ll acknowledge it within 3 working days and
respond within 20 working days.

Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman – 0300 061 0614 / www.lgo.org.uk

Care Quality Commission (CQC) – once registration is complete.
All complaints are logged and reviewed to improve service quality.
