Complaints Policy

We take all feedback seriously. If something goes wrong, we aim to resolve it quickly and fairly.

How to make a complaint:

  • Speak to us directly via 📧 info@choiceledcare.com or 📞 020 7017 1989.

  • If unresolved, submit a written complaint. We’ll acknowledge it within 3 working days and

 

respond within 20 working days.

  • If still unsatisfied, you may contact:

  • Islington Council Adult Safeguarding Team

  • Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman – 0300 061 0614 / www.lgo.org.uk

  • Care Quality Commission (CQC) – once registration is complete.

All complaints are logged and reviewed to improve service quality.
